Mental health, performance, and environment - is there a link?

🌿 At OOBE, we believe the answer lies in reimagining the way we design and interact with our workspaces. How do landscape architects create spaces that encourage employee wellbeing? The key is in letting the outdoors in.

Workplace design has evolved significantly following the pandemic. The emergence of flexible spaces has transformed buildings into much more than just places of work and living. Themes of biophilia, flexibility, inclusivity, and sociability have taken centre stage in our designs.

We're passionate about incorporating natural elements like wood, stone or water into our projects. These elements serve as organic catalysts for mental wellness in our offices and public spaces.

By merging interior and exterior spaces, we foster a connection with the natural world, supporting healthy bodies and minds.

Our projects, like "The Spine, Paddington Village," are designed with dynamic spaces for all. OOBE serves as ambassadors for a happy and healthy culture, redefining workplaces and public realm alike.

Since the pandemic, we've all been reevaluating the importance of mental health in the workplace. It begs the question: How much of your mental health challenges at work are due to the lack of great design?

Explore our work at www.oobe.co.uk and join us in the journey towards a brighter, more invigorating future.

Let's create spaces where work and wellness go hand in hand, where beauty and design enrich our lives, and where nature nurtures our minds.

Bringing people and environment together. Beautifully.
